(Senior) Advisor - Project Manager

Your Role

As an IT Advisor or Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for leading ERP or Data-related projects, from design to delivery. You will be the trusted point of contact for our clients, guiding them through transformation programs or system implementations.

You are comfortable managing teams and stakeholders, while remaining hands-on and operational—whether it’s defining architecture, validating functional designs, managing risks, or ensuring delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project delivery (scope, budget, planning, team coordination).
• Define solution architectures and guide functional or technical choices.
• Act as the key advisor to clients on ERP, data, or integration strategy.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (developers, analysts, business users).
• Ensure delivery quality and alignment with client expectations.
• Participate in or lead workshops, steering committees, and critical design phases.
• Work operationally on specific streams (configuration, data modelling, testing, change management).
• For Senior Advisors: manage multiple projects or programs, support pre-sales, and mentor junior team members.

Project Types You’ll Work On

• ERP implementation & rollout (SAP, Odoo, Dynamics, etc.)
• Data platform modernization and governance
• Business process redesign and digital transformation
• Multi-system integration and process automation

Your Profile

• 5+ years (Advisor) / 7+ years (Senior Advisor) of experience in ERP, Data, or IT transformation projects.
• Background in functional consulting, technical architecture, or solution delivery.
• Proven experience in project management (methodology, planning, stakeholder management).
• Capable of balancing strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch (both are a strong asset).
