(Senior) Consultant - Technical

Your Role

As a Technical IT Consultant, you’ll play a central role in the design, development, and implementation of robust IT systems for our clients. Whether you're integrating an ERP platform or building scalable data pipelines, your focus will be hands-on technical execution—not just analysis or coordination.

You’ll be working in multidisciplinary teams with other developers, data engineers, and functional experts to deliver quality code and technical solutions that last.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end technical solutions in ERP or Data contexts.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable, maintainable code and system configurations.
• Build and maintain integration layers between systems (APIs, ETL pipelines, middleware).
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript, or ERP-specific languages).
• Participate in technical design reviews and help define architecture choices.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and client developers.
• For Senior Consultants: mentor junior developers and help steer technical decisions.

Tech Stack / Tools We Use (varies per project)

• Data: SQL, Python, DBT, Airflow, Snowflake, Azure/AWS, Power BI
• ERP: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Oracle, or custom ERP platforms
• Integration: REST APIs, GraphQL, ETL tools (Talend, Informatica, etc.)
• DevOps / CI/CD: Git, Docker, Jenkins, Terraform (nice to have)

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
• 0–5 years of experience in IT development, integration, or system implementation.
• Solid programming or scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or other backend technologies).
• Interest or experience in enterprise systems (ERP, data platforms, or integration frameworks).
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to work in a technically demanding environment.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch (both are a plus).
• For senior profiles: ability to take ownership of technical components and support/coach peers.
